Style on the menu at VIP preview launch of new chic dining location for Cheshire The Barn

Chester’s new premier restaurant and venue The Barn opened in style with a VIP launch on the 20th August with a ribbon cutting ceremony from the Lord Mayor Brian J Bailey.
Guests joining the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress at the VIP event included ITV news reporter Lucy Meacock along with key people from a range of businesses from across the local area. During the exclusive preview of the spectacular venue they were treated to champagne, canapés along with taster portions of selected delicious dishes displayed around the venue.
The Barn, situated in Bridge Trafford, is a spectacular 400 year old converted dairy farm set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The impressive renovation has resulted in a striking interior full of character with a range of charming features including the large, chic open plan restaurant, striking bar area and impressive chandeliers hanging from the original beams.
The beautiful décor is complemented by a menu of modern & classic British cuisine with a focus on using the freshest seasonal ingredients from around the region which will change frequently offering even more variety for The Barn’s customers. The Barn uses local cheese, meat and fruit & vegetable suppliers.
The team were involved in the renowned Netherton Hall, Frodsham and have years of experience in the restaurant industry between them, which has enabled them to offer a new restaurant for Cheshire that is stunning, chic and offers outstanding regional food.

With a large bar area and terrace for end of Summer drinking, the Barn is the perfect place to while away an hour or two, whether drinking or dining. Open in perfect time for Christmas bookings, the venue offers an array of private dining areas for smaller parties and the main restaurant is also available for exclusive hire seating 120 people.
